Our Nordic climate is particularly suitable for growing carrots. A special cultivation method where the carrots are covered with straw in the autumn, allow our producers to harvest fresh carrots throughout the winter.

Our growers produce several varieties of carrots. For example hand sorted carrots and decorative coloured carrots.
The range also include snack carrots which are smaller in size and sweeter in taste than traditional carrots.
