DanRoots have been growing root vegetables since 1955. Their approach is based on working with the nature rather than against it, with organic principles as the foundation for their entire production process. A special cultivation method, which involves the root vegetables being covered with straw in the autumn, allow DanRoots to harvest fresh root vegetables throughout the winter.
