Thorsbjerggaard
Thorsbjerggaard are the leading producer of organic sweetcorn in Denmark. They have specialized in alternative crops that originate from warmer climates but also thrive in the Nordic soil. In addition to corn, Thorsbjerggaard also grow a variety of pumpkins including Halloween pumpkins and Hokkaido pumpkins. They grow the products responsibly using only the most sustainable methods.

Højvang Grønt
Hos familiegartneriet Højvang Grønt har de dyrket løg igennem flere generationer. Placeringen på Sydvestsjælland, ikke langt fra kysten, giver gode vækstbetingelser for løgene, der vokser bedst under milde forhold.
Udover løg har Højvang Grønt i de seneste år udvidet produktionen til også at indeholde broccoli, blomkål, spidskål, kinakål og halloween-græskar.

Meet a grower
Axel Månsson
Axel Månsson is one of the most innovative producers of organic vegetables. Their own biogas plant converts biomass into green biogas and the degassed biomass is used later on as valuable organic fertilizer in the vegetable production. It preserves a healthy soil and tasteful vegetables.
