Tvedemose

Since 1963, Tvedemose have emphasized their quality and sustainable approach in their mushroom production. The whole range of mushrooms are grown organically, and all the mushrooms are given time to grow slowly, which produces firm mushrooms with lots of flavour and a longer shelf life.

Tvedemose lead the way when it comes to sustainable production and innovation. For instance, odd or irregular sizes of mushrooms are washed and sliced into convenience solutions to minimize food waste. Most recently, Tvedemose have introduced an innovative series of dried, organic fruit and vegetables.
