Radishes
Radishes from our producers are the French breakfast variety. It is an oblong radish with a reddish-pink colour and white tip. Compared with other radishes, the French breakfast type is milder with a peppery flavour and crisp texture. Radishes can be eaten raw, or they can be roasted to bring out more sweetness.
